Stitch'nd Spritz dopo A(lice)T(Wain)

1) Claudia fa dei bellissimi orecchini all'uncinetto e ama riciclare gli avanzi di lana facendo Sciarponi Avanzoni;
2) Manuela, fanatica dei ferri diritti, riesce a fare guanti strepitosi;
3) Lucia ama rubare la lana alla sorella per confezionarsi colli caldi e comodi. Questo, quando non riesce a rubare capi già finiti;
4) Sara ha scoperto le perline e impreziosisce QualunqueCosa;
5) Tiziana ama infeltrire e sfoggia una borsa appena fatta. tanto APPENA che era bagnata e ha bagnato pure la Sciarpina Avanzina fatta da me;

Other people were celebrating the Carnival, whilst we were working very hard!
Having been inspired by the preceding meeting with Alice Twain everybody struggled very much shouting "I stagger but I don't give up".
And we discovered that:
1) Claudia crochets very nice wool earrings and likes very much to recycle remains of wool making big scrap scarves;
2) Manuela, fond for the straight needles, is able to knit striking gloves;
3) Lucia likes to steal wool to her sister to knit warm and confortable collars. And this when she cannot steal already finished articles;
4) Sara has discovered the small pearls and makes EVERYTHING precious;
5) Tiziana likes to felt and shows up a newly made bag. And she made it as it was wet; she has also soaked the Little Scrap Scarf knitted by me;
6) the violet and black Alice's book fits to EVERYTHING this year.

During the meeting everybody worked, worked, chattered, worked and worked, drank, worked, worked, ate "fritole" made by Petra's mother (good lady, be prepared to make them next time too... hein!) worked, chattered, drank, worked, chattered, drank some more, chattered, laughed, chattered, forgot the knitting on the table, answered to a phone call, chattered, drank again, ate some more, chattered, laughed, chattered, in a word everything regular, as usual; if I knitted two rows it has been much, much.

Anyhow we also had two exciting moments.
Here is the first one: the youngest participant to the Stitch'nd Spritz... isn't she marvellous? And isn't marvellous the mother who has taken her with her? Isn't she good? I am so envious being mother of boys; I do not think I shall have the same satisfaction... not because they are boys, but because they are really UNFIT.

And now the second moment... the Mistery Men have become two!!!!! In fact here is the second man who begins his work: the half-gloves of Alice Twain.....Will he come back? Oh, yes, he will come back, at least to give me back wool and needles!!!
